looking for jesus in all the wrong places
Sometimes it can seem like Jesus has gone missing from our lives, and His presence isn’t felt in the ways we’re expecting. At times like that, the first thing to do is check if we’re looking in the right place to start with! Many people in the pages of Scripture looked for God in the wrong place, including people such as Abraham, the Wise Men, and at times Jesus’ own disciples. During these Sundays in January, we’ll learn why even faithful people might look for God in the wrong places, and then how to use God’s Word as a guide in finding a Savior who hides in plain sight!
