In-Person Attendance Guidelines
We are glad to be able to meet in person again, though at a limited amount. We will follow the guidelines set by our state/county, which for Phase 1, limits us to now 72 (25% of capacity) people in the same room. Below are the measures we will take to keep everyone safe.
The In-Person Registration form will be available Monday through Thursday. One person from each household, whether one or two or six, will need to fill out the form indicate the number attending and the name(s). This is required for tracing in case someone tests positive for COVID-19. The registration has a limit of 72 and will automatically stop being available when that limit is reached.
Attenders, please arrive between 10-30 minutes ahead of the service with your mask and wait outside of one of the lower entrances. Handicapped parking is available on the smaller North parking lot. (The elevator will not be available.)
Scheduled Volunteers, please show up at 45 minutes before the service with your mask. If your spouse is joining you but is not a volunteer, he/she will need to stay in your car or outside the doors until 30 minutes before. (We must give the volunteers time to accomplish their tasks before others are allowed in.)
Please be sure to read the following instructions as they will be strictly adhered to:
