troubleshooting tipsIf you are having problems with watching the livestream, here are a couple of ideas to try. 1. If you cannot find the live video on the BSLC YouTube page, click where it says Uploads and scroll to All Videos. 2. Use the newest device you have for the fastest download speed. 3. Turn off the WiFi connections on other devices that are not being used. 4. If still having trouble with buffering, lower the resolution of the video. Press the "gear" icon on the lower right of the video. Click Quality and then move it down to a lower resolution. The lower the resolution, the less clarity you will see. |
